Getaway Packages This page lists our current rates and specials, as well as things that can be added to your stay or seasonal packages. If you're looking for information on events scheduled for specific dates (e.g. Thanksgiving, New Years, Dickens Christmas, wine pairings) please go to our calendar and events page. Murder mysteries are so popular that we've given them their own page! Click here to see details of our mystery packages. All rates are for two guests in a room. Generally our accommodation, meals and entertainment are intended for an adult audience. Rates are before taxes and include a full breakfast in the inn dining room. A 15% gratuity on the value of meals will be added to your bill for any lunches or dinners included in your package or added to your stay.

Romantic Dinner Basket - $85
Perfect for two lovers who just want to be alone together, or a great
solution for those who may not be sure whether they'll arrive in time
for dinner in the dining room. Baskets include a hot crusty loaf,
bottle of sparkling cider or juice, fruit and cheese, hot entree
such as Roast Cornish Game Hens or triple cheese baked pasta, salad,
dessert, cookies and chocolate. You're welcome to enjoy your basket in
your room or cottage, anywhere in the inn or on one of our porches or
decks. $85
Gift Certificates Gift certificates can be purchased for any dollar amount you wish, or you can purchase overnight stays in traditional queen rooms. Reservations made by gift certificate holders are subject to all our normal policies and terms. Certificates are valid for two years from date of purchase. Our gift certificate pricing includes gratuities for dinners and all taxes. Certificates for fireplace or whirlpool rooms, cottages, special events and packages can only be purchased for specific dates and are treated as firm reservations. This means there is a fee to reschedule the reservation and a 30 day cancellation policy. We highly recommend that you only purchase this type of certificate if you have checked with the recipient that they are able to use the certificate for the date you have chosen.

In-room massages - $75 per person/$150 for two. Please note that rose and strawberry prices and availability can be affected by severe weather. We will do our best to honor our quoted prices, but if situations beyond our control have resulted in these items being unavailable or priced at a premium, we will notify you and offer an alternative suggestion.
Wine Packages, Wine Tastings and Wine Pairing Dinners
If you'd like the convenience of having wine here at the inn to enjoy during your stay, we can arrange for a shipment of limited production California boutique wines to be sent to the inn. We'll have the white wine chilled when you get here, ready to enjoy. Any unopened bottles can be taken home at the end of your stay. The cost is approximately $70 for the minimum order of three bottles.
We can also arrange a private wine tasting or a wine pairing dinner during your stay. We offer this for groups of two or more couples. The cost of the wine is based on the number of wines selected and number of guests, but it is normally in the range of $25 - $35 a person. We facilitate your wine order from the distributor. Minimum order is $70 including tax and shipping..

Massage Packages For the ultimate in relaxation you can book a massage right in your inn room. Advance reservations are recommended. Full one hour massages - $75 for one person, $150 for two.
Please note - the cost of the massage will be added to your room charges. If you wish to tip the massage therapist this is at your own discretion.
Amish Tour Packages
Let us arrange for you to enjoy one of these unique guided tours that highlight Amish Culture and local history. Can be added to any stay at the inn. Sometimes special packages and events such as a progressive meal tour, Christmas with the Amish,
"Breaking the Ice" winter tour, An Amish Wedding feast, and Barn
Raisings are also scheduled. Sign up for our email list or give us a call if you'd
like to be posted when these special events are coming up. Advance reservations are strongly recommended as tours fill up quickly.
The ABC Tour (Artisans, buggies and culture) 5 hours approx.
Monday to Saturday - tours at 10 a.m. or 12 noon.
Enjoy a scenic backroad tour with detailed narration. Includes a tour of two formerly lived-in Amish farm houses, a buggy ride, a replica one-room Amish school house, and stops at Amish artisans and home businesses. Approximately 4 hours in length. Cost is $55 per person. Add a meal in an Amish home for $20 a person.
History and Heritage Tour 3 hours approx.
Monday to Saturday at 9.45 a.m., 12.45 p.m. and 3.00 p.m.
Sit back and let the knowledgeable tour guide take you on a drive through the scenic backroads of Amish country. This tour lasts about 2 1/2 hours and includes a stop at one Amish artisan or home business and also includes admission to Behalt, which is an artistic rendition of the history of the Amish and Mennonites. Cost is $39 per person. Add a meal in an Amish home to the 3 p.m. tour for $20 per person
Evening with The Amish
Experience Amish life first hand. The cost is $150 for up to six people. Join an Amish family in their home for a private evening meal and visit with them. Talk and share and learn about each others' lives. This is a personal private visit, not part of an organized tour.
Elopement or Vow Renewal Package For the ultimate romantic ceremony for two, our package includes: A two night stay in one of our luxury cottages with king size bed, fireplace, two person jacuzzi style whirlpool tub, entertainment center and private deck.
Refrigerator stocked with bottled water and soft drinks. Home-made cookies and snacks.
Wedding or vow renewal ceremony
Photographs of ceremony and bride and groom, taken by innkeeper. Given to you on disk or emailed to you.
Heart shaped wedding cake for two. Turndown service done during ceremony - Red rose arrangement on the dresser, silk rose petals on the bed,, candles surrounding tub, and box of fine chocolates
Romantic dinner basket delivered to cottage on the night of the ceremony.

Girlfriends' Getaway Looking for a fun weekend for a group of your best buddies? Our package for four or more ladies includes a two night stay, with a full breakfast each morning, selection of "chick flicks", popcorn, a fruit, cheese, chocolate and snack tray on the first evening, and one of our famous White Oak Inn dinners on the second evening. We include our "Pampering Package" of a full massage for each lady, and a makeup and skin care consultation. The complete cost including taxes and gratuities is $295 a person based on rooms at double occupancy, or cottages shared by four.
"The Last Hurrah" Babymoon package A time to relax, rejuvenate and celebrate your love for one another, while preparing for that little being who will soon change your lives forever. Our two-night package includes a stay in one of our luxury cottages with king size bed,
fireplace, two person jacuzzi style whirlpool tub, entertainment center
and private deck. (Note: Whirlpool tubs are NOT hot tubs. Whirlpool tubs are very large bathtubs that can be filled with water at whatever temperature your doctor has told you is safe to enjoy in a regular bath. Our tubs are air-jetted which means there is no water left in the pipes to become contaminated.) Refrigerator stocked with bottled water, milk and juices. Snacks and home-made cookies. Red Hat Events
Calling all Red Hat Chapters.
We are happy to offer a number of special events for your group.
Lunches or Teas at the inn are available for 12 - 36 guests. The cost is $18 a person which includes gratuity and tax. Four course dinners are available for $30 a person including tax and gratuity.
Our theater events such as the Legend of Sleepy Hollow or Dickens Christmas Carol may be scheduled in conjunction with a tea, lunch or dinner. The cost is based on the number of guests - please ask.
We also have a special murder mystery written just for Red Hat groups "The Queen is Dead, Long Live the Queen....or not."
The White Oak Inn was voted by guests as having "The Best Murder Mysteries" in a national contest sponsored by Arrington's publishing. Our mysteries are a little bit of magic, a little bit of music and a whole lot of fun.
Red Hat mysteries can be booked for Sunday to Thursday evenings. They are available as a four-hour evening event or an overnight package.
The evening event includes non-alcoholic beverages, a four-course dinner, and the mystery. The cost is $65 a person which includes all taxes and gratuities.
The overnight stay includes the mystery and dinner as above, as well as an overnight stay and breakfast. Price is based on two guests sharing a room and is $135 a person including all taxes and gratuities.

Cooking Classes at The Inn
Private cooking classes at the inn are available for groups of 4 - 12 guests, Sunday to Thursday evenings..
Each class is customized for the group and will last approximately 3 to 4 hours. Class cost is in addition to regular lodging rates. This is a hands-on cooking experience. You will either prepare and eat a full lunch or dinner, or take home whatever you've made. Descriptions and pricing of the individual classes are listed below.
