Why Amish Country, Ohio, Cabins Are a Great Choice
Enhanced Privacy
Stays in our Amish Country cabins are the perfect addition to your romantic getaway in Ohio. The cabins at the White Oak Inn are tucked away in the woods behind the Inn for optimal privacy. Enjoy snuggling on the large sofa, cuddle up next to the wood-burning fireplace, or relax in the whirlpool tub-for-two. The one-on-one time is a great way to reconnect with your special someone!
The White Oak Inn is also just a short drive from the area’s finest attractions, so you can explore with your sweetheart during the day before returning to your cabin in the woods at night. One of our favorite ways to have a date night in Amish Country is an in-room massage, followed by a romantic four-course dinner at the Inn.
If you want to spend quality time outside the Inn, we recommend spending the day horseback riding at Camp Mohaven Equine. Please note that due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, Camp Mohaven is only accepting family groups of eight riders or less currently. Then, fuel up with a hearty lunch at Amish restaurants in Ohio. The Amish Door is one of our favorites. Be sure to stop by the attached bakery after lunch to pick up a piece of rhubarb crumb pie or a buttery coconut cupcake to bring back to your Amish Country cabin!

We want the White Oak Inn to feel like home, so we designed amenities that leave you wanting for nothing except an extended stay! These include a television, stocked snack center, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, private deck, and individually controlled air conditioning.

Those looking a private, peaceful retreat will love a stay in one of our two log cabin cottages. Each cabin boasts premier amenities and privacy. Additionally, the Acorn Cottage is a great option for guests who need special accommodations. This cabin has a wheelchair ramp and an adjustable shower head. This cottage also has optional meal delivery for those who are unable to navigate the steps into the Inn’s dining room.
