Our small meeting and conference package offers comfort and privacy for groups of 8 to 20 people in an informal setting. Your group will enjoy the homey ambiance of our inn and the natural beauty of the grounds.

Food Services at The White Oak Inn

All meals at The White Oak Inn are freshly prepared from the finest produce and cuts of meat. It is our goal to incorporate as much locally grown and in-season produce into our meals. Choose from our menu of special dishes created by innkeeper and chef, Yvonne. This includes a selection of homemade soups, salads, salad dressings, and desserts. We offer heart-healthy, vegetarian, gluten-free, diabetic, and other options for special diets. Our team will cheerfully accommodate your needs.

Lunch, snacks, coffee service, picnics, and more can be arranged to make your event extra special.

Please note that The White Oak Inn is located in a dry county. While we can’t serve or sell alcohol, you are welcome to bring your own.

Meeting Space

Meeting space is available in the inn’s common room, dining room, or log cabins. You can even move your meeting outdoors to the inn’s front porch or gazebo in nicer weather. If a tent is preferred, we can help make arrangements for that as well.

Additional Services

We can also arrange in-room massages, canoe trips, Amish tours, or golf outings for your leisure time. Our gorgeous grounds make the perfect backdrop for team photos or headshots. If you need a photographer, we can arrange one for you.
