Intimate Wedding Ceremonies
If you are looking for a beautiful setting for an intimate wedding ceremony in Ohio, you’re in the right place. We can accommodate up to 50 guests for a serene outdoor celebration. Our gazebo makes the perfect backdrop to say “I do”—situated on the grounds of our charming bed and breakfast and surrounded by lush countryside. Before and after the wedding, you and your guests can enjoy a blissful stay at The White Oak Inn. It is also the perfect place for a relaxing honeymoon.

We also offer elopement packages for couples seeking an intimate, private setting. Our vow renewal package is ideal for couples who want to renew their vows and celebrate the wonderful years they’ve spent together.
Ceremonies for All Couples
The White Oak Inn proudly hosts wedding ceremonies for all couples, celebrating love in every form. We do not discriminate in any way. Everyone is welcome at our bed and breakfast. We even have pet-friendly accommodations—in case man’s best friend is your best man!
Outdoor and Indoor Ceremonies
Our wedding gazebo provides an idyllic location for beautiful outdoor wedding ceremonies and vow renewal celebrations. During colder weather, our intimate venue with a fireplace can accommodate small indoor weddings. The breathtaking grounds and charming interior design create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
Year-Round Receptions & Catering
Receptions for up to 24 guests are held in the inn’s downstairs rooms. Between May and September, we can host wedding receptions for up to 50 guests on the beautiful grounds. Tents can be set up to provide shade and ambience on your big day.
We provide all catering arrangements, which takes one more item off your to-do list. Our staff can help create a menu that reflects your personal style and taste, while keeping in mind any special dietary needs or budgetary constraints you may have. It would also be our pleasure to arrange a minister, a photographer, a wedding cake, flowers, music, china service, and much more.

The White Oak Elopement or Vow Renewal Package – starting at $1,095
- Two-night or longer stay in one of our luxury log cabin cottages with king-size bed, fireplace, two-person Jacuzzi-style whirlpool tub, entertainment center, and private deck
- Breakfast each morning – Full breakfast in the dining room or Continental breakfast basket in your room
- Refrigerator stocked with water and soft drinks
- Cookies and other snacks
- The ceremony, including officiant’s fee
- Disc with photographs taken by innkeepers during the ceremony
- Wedding cake for two, served with sparkling juice
- A dozen roses in the room
- For your wedding night, your choice of a romantic dinner basket for two (delivered to the cottage) or dinner for two in the inn dining room
Please note: An elopement consists of the bride, groom, and minister. Generally, we can accommodate up to 6 additional guests for ceremony, cake, and dinner. Cost is $65 per additional guest. No children under age 12 on Fridays, Saturdays, or holiday Sundays. Call for customized quote and to check availability.
The Family and Friends Wedding Weekend – $9,500 (includes taxes and gratuities)
- Accommodation for up to 24 guests for two nights (10 guest rooms/2 cottages)
- Casual appetizer party, cookout, or light buffet dinner on the first evening
- Buffet breakfast both mornings
- Wedding ceremony, including officiant’s fee
- Wedding reception dinner for up to 24 guests
- Non-alcoholic beverages served with meals
- Two-tier wedding cake
- Candles and flower arrangements for tables
- All gratuities and taxes
